Accuray Incorporated was ranked 155th in the Technology Fast 500, Deloitte LLP’s ranking of 500 of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the five year period from 2004-2008, in which Accuray grew 975 percent.

Entrepreneur of the Year 2009
Euan Thomson received an Ernst & Young ‘Entrepreneur of the Year 2009’ Award for Northern California in the Health and Life sciences category.  This award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic, growing businesses. Winners have demonstrated exceptionality in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to his
businesses and communities. He has additionally been inducted into the Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame.

The CyberKnife System won the MHW 2008 Excellence Awards as the Product of the Year. Accuray Incorporated was ranked 55th in the 2008 Deloitte Technology Fast 500. The award is a ranking of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years (2003-2007) and compiled from Deloitte's regional Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500 and public company database research.

Accuray was ranked number five  among the Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50 within the scientific & medical equipment and biotechnology category. This is an annual recognition of the fastest-growing companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. The awards are based on percentage revenue growth over a five-year period (2003–2007) and are presented to 150 companies in three categories.

Accuray was nationally recognized in 2008 Aster Awards Program for excellence in medical marketing. Accuray was named a finalist in the Best TV or Cinema Ad Campaign category for the 2008 American Business Awards. Adaptive Business Leaders Organization – Innovations In Healthcare Award – Innovations in Medical/Diagnostics Technology
Accuray received the Innovations in Healthcare SM ABBY Award from the Adaptive Business Leaders (ABL) Organization in the "Innovations in Medical/Diagnostics Technology" category. For ten years the ABL has recognized innovative providers and producers of medical devices and health IT that are dramatically reducing the cost of quality healthcare.

Frost & Sullivan – North American Medical Devices Product of the Year Award 2008
Accuray was awarded the 2008 Product of the Year award for it continued product portfolio expansion.
