The Xsight Lung Tracking System delivers the ultimate in soft tissue tracking technology. Unlike anything ever introduced into the radiation oncology market, the Xsight Lung Tracking System uses the actual image intensity of the lung tumor for targeting the beam. By tracking the tumor directly, clinicians can use radiosurgery to treat lung tumors with confidence while minimizing dose to adjacent healthy tissue.

Radiosurgery accuracy with no fiducials
The Xsight Lung Tracking System eliminates the need for invasive placement of radiographic markers, such as fiducials, in the delivery of many lung radiosurgery treatments. The Xsight Lung Tracking System registers directly to the tumor to track, detect and correct for tumor movement in real-time throughout the treatment.

A comprehensive tracking system
A truly easy to use, non-invasive system, the Xsight Lung Tracking System provides a highly accurate, comfortable alternative for patients and facilitates faster, less complex treatments for clinicians. The Xsight Lung Tracking System is designed to work seamlessly with the Synchrony^® Respiratory Tracking System, allowing patients to breathe normally while delivering accuracy of less than 1.5mm.*

The Xsight Lung Tracking System uses advanced, highly sophisticated image processing and image registration techniques to automatically lock onto the tumor directly, tracking it throughout the entire procedure. This tracking innovation enables clinicians to easily treat patients without implanting fiducials.

Based on observations and analysis of clinical patient data, the Xsight Lung Tracking System is able to track most peripherally located lung tumors that are at least 15mm in diameter.* These peripheral tumor sites are also the most challenging areas for placing fiducials within the lung.
