Driving Directions

The following sets of directions explain how to get to Accuray's Corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA by car. Use this Custom Map to get directions from a specific location.

From the North Bay Area

  • Take Highway 101 Southbound, toward San Jose.
  • Take East CA-237.
  • Take the Lawrence Expressway/Caribbean Drive exit and continue in the direction of Caribbean Drive.
  • Continue to cross over the freeway on East Caribbean Drive.
  • Turn left at East Moffett Park Drive. This is the very first street light after crossing the freeway CA-237.
  • Turn left at Chesapeake Terrace.This is the very first business park entrance on the left.
  • Check in at 1310 Chesapeake Terrace.

From the South Bay Area

  • Take Highway 101 Northbound, toward San Francisco.
  • Take the Lawrence Expressway exit.
  • Continue on East Caribbean Drive.
  • Turn left at East Moffett Park Drive. This is the very first street light after crossing the freeway CA-237.
  • Turn left at Chesapeake Terrace.This is the very first business park entrance on the left.
  • Check in at 1310 Chesapeake Terrace.

From the East Bay Area

  • Take CA-237 West.
  • Take the Lawrence Expressway exit.
  • Take the Caribbean Drive exit.
  • Turn left at East Moffett Park Drive.
  • East Moffett Park Drive is the very first street after exiting freeway. If you do not want to cut across 3 lanes to make this turn, you can make an immediate right turn on Baylands Parks, which is also the entrance to the Sunnyvale Baylands County Park. Make a u-turn to go the other direction which is East Moffett Park Drive.
  • Turn left at Chesapeake Terrace. This is the very first business park entrance on the left.

    • Check in at 1310 Chesapeake Terrace.

From Interstate 280

  • Take exit for North 85 to Mt. View
  • Proceed on 85 and take exit for East 237.
  • Take the Lawrence Expressway/Caribbean Drive exit.
  • Continue on North Lawerence Expressway and cross over to the other side of the freeway.
  • Continue on East Caribbean Drive.
  • Turn left at East Moffett Park Drive. This is the very first street light after crossing the freeway CA-237.
  • Turn left at Chesapeake Terrace.This is the very first business park entrance on the left.
  • Check in at 1310 Chesapeake Terrace.
