Accuray Exchange in Radiation Oncology (AERO)

Accuray Exchange in Radiation Oncology, AERO, is an international and multi-disciplinary organization of Accuray users made up of radiation oncologists, surgeons, medical oncologists, pulmonologists, medical physicists, radiation therapists, dosimetrists, radiation oncology nurses, and administrators. Membership is free and open to all users of the TomoTherapy® and CyberKnife® technologies who meet the eligibility requirements. AERO provides a global forum for members to exchange their CyberKnife and TomoTherapy experiences in clinical treatment, new treatment options, and practical treatment planning and QA in order to set a new standard in patient care and safety.

Developed specifically for CyberKnife hospitals and centers, the CyberKnife Marketing Toolkit is a comprehensive resource of marketing and communications materials designed to generate awareness for your facility and CyberKnife System. Included in this kit are images and animations, videos, ad templates, press materials, peer to peer healthcare outreach materials and much more.

Feel free to browse the information and download as needed. You may choose to browse and download individual files, or use the Kit selection options to obtain groups of information.

The support center will be updated from time to time with new and revised material as it becomes available. When changes are made to the support centers’ material you will receive email notice. The emails will have the title "Material Update - Accuray Patient Access Center" in the subject line.

CyberKnife University Online is a secure eLearning portal where CyberKnife users can complete self-paced training according to their needs and schedule. Access to the site is restricted to CyberKnife users and requires a user name and password assigned by the Training Department. Patient Data Upload

Accuray is committed to continuing the clinical advancements of the CyberKnife System, so your patient treatment data is extremely important to us. We use this information to evaluate new clinical trends, future products, and enhancements to enable you to expand your radiosurgery program. We will continue to provide you with the Annual Customer Reports that are a direct result of the patient treatment information you share with Accuray. We encourage all of our CyberKnife centers to enter their patient treatment figures on a monthly basis.
