Product technical support is also available through our TomoLink connection. TomoLink is built on a VeriSign certified software platform that works on secure HTTPS connections from the customer's treatment system to our Technical Solution Center. With TomoLink we are able to perform remote diagnostics of the TomoTherapy system for faster issue resolutions.

If an onsite visit is necessary, we have experienced Field Service Engineers available throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia.  They will arrive informed with all details shared in your communication with the Accuray Technical Solution Center (ATSC).
