Product technical support is also available through TomoGateway™, a direct Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection from your Hi•Art® treatment system to the Customer Interaction Center.
If an on-site visit is necessary, we have experienced Field Service Engineers available throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. They will arrive informed with all details shared in your call to the TomoTherapy Technical Solutions Center (TTSC).
Should a part be required, we will get it to you quickly. In partnership with Kuehne + Nagel, a global leader in contract logistics, we have Regional Stock Locations and Service Depots strategically located around the world.
