Unlike any service program in the medical equipment industry, Accuray’s Diamond Elite Service Agreement for the CyberKnife® Robotic Radiosurgery System is the only service plan that combines clinical, operating and financial benefits for comprehensive system and program management.

The core of the Agreement is the unique Upgrade option. With the Diamond Elite Service Agreement, customers receive up to two CyberKnife System Upgrades per year.

With Accuray’s Diamond Elite Service Agreement, hospitals and clinics are protected against system obsolescence, costly downtime and unpredictable budgeting.

Accuray’s Diamond Elite Service Agreement which is built around maximizing CyberKnife System ROI–offers the following benefits:

• Guaranteed system uptime – Confidently plan and schedule patient treatments and receive optimal system value with Accuray’s system uptime guarantee.
• 24/7 Service and support – Onsite service coverage is available 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time Monday through Saturday (excluding Federal holidays). Phone and email support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Upgrade "lock-in" – When and if an Upgrade becomes available, Agreement holders can choose to add the Upgrade to an existing system. This unique method of "locking-in" Upgrade costs helps with budget planning, eliminates having to seek additional funding, and reduces the impact of re-evaluating the business plan every time a product Upgrade is released.
