The TomoHD™ Treatment System is a single comprehensive solution that efficiently handles clinical indications of any complexity with ease, broadening the possibilities for a radiation oncology practice and the patients it serves.

The TomoHD Treatment System combines the two unique TomoTherapy treatment modalities - TomoHelical™ and TomoDirect™ - in a single treatment unit, giving clinicians the ability to accurately and efficiently treat tumors anywhere in the body.

Finely-tuned for efficiency and performance, the TomoHD Treatment System provides enterprisewide integration, including OIS connectivity, enhanced usability and high performance.

The TomoHD Treatment System has large touch-screen Positioning Control Panels (PCPs), which support high-fidelity positioning adjustments of 0.1 mm in translations (X, Y and Z directions), and a hands-free patient unload feature. The TomoHD Treatment System integrates many infrastructure advances to maximize uptime and operational efficiency. To aid workflow, the Treatment Planning System includes 14 blade computing power, which facilitates simultaneous optimization of multiple treatment plans.

The TomoHD Treatment System further increases departmental efficiency with the integration of the Tomo Quality Assurance (TQA™) application, a calendar-based productivity tool that simplifies the collection and analysis of system performance information, offering trending and reporting of many parameters that allow physicists to monitor machine performance.

The TomoHD Treatment System also offers a streamlined design that gives treatment centers even more flexibility, enabling the system to be placed in bunkers smaller than those required for older gantry-based radiation therapy systems. This small footprint also enables the TomoHD Treatment System to be used in mobile environments, which can bring advanced radiation therapy treatment options into underserved communities.
