VOLO™ Ultra Improves
Veterinary Planning at UW

The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine compared VOLOTM Ultra to VOLO Classic on a dog with a squamous cell carcinoma in the nasal region. With a goal of improving the quality of life for the dog and speeding up treatment planning, the UW oncology team:

  • Obtained the VOLO Ultra plan in approximately 10 minutes compared to 1 hour and 20 minutes with the Volo Classic plan.
  • Minimized the dose to the eye on the side ipsilateral to a greater with VOLO Ultra than VOLO Classic.
