    RayStation 11A fully supports planning and optimization for stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) treatments with the CyberKnife M6 and CyberKnife S7 Systems.

     

      • All collimation types: RayStation supports fixed collimators, Iris™ Variable Aperture Collimator and the InCise™ MLC (multi-leaf collimator).

     

      • Full RayStation feature set: Planning for the CyberKnife system follows the standardized RayStation workflow, providing full access to the advanced palette of features of the RayStation treatment planning system.

RayStation supports a wide range of treatment machines, providing one control center for all treatment planning needs and ensuring centers get greater value from existing equipment.

    • Automated treatment planning: RayStation uses sophisticated machine learning to drive intelligent automation and include advanced plan-generating protocols, scripting, automated breast planning, fallback planning, machine learning and plan explorer.

    • Adaptive therapy and dose tracking: RayStation is specifically designed to make adaptive therapy faster and easier in clinical practice, featuring includes modules designed for dose tracking, deformable registration, and adaptive re-planning.

    • Accurate, accelerated dose computations: RayStation dose computation is measured in seconds rather than minutes, so you can efficiently produce several competing treatment plans to assess different tradeoff situations and avoid interruptions to support overall plan quality.

  • Use RayStation to plan for the Radixact System

    RayStation fully supports planning and optimization for SBRT, IMRT and IG-IMRT treatments with the Radixact and TomoTherapy Systems, including TomoDirect™ and TomoHelical™ delivery modes.

    • Full RayStation feature set: Planning for the Radixact and TomoTherapy systems provide full access to the advanced functionality of RayStation, including multi-criteria optimization, adaptive planning and plan explorer.
    • Optimization capabilities: Dynamic jaw support, delivery time constraints, and the possibility to specify regions where irradiation is avoided.
    • Synchrony® support: RayStation planning also supports all Synchrony® techniques for real-time motion synchronization.
    • Integrated clinical workflows: Radixact planning can be smoothly integrated into the clinical workflow, with treatment plans automatically sent to the Accuray Integrated Data Management System for delivery (iDMS® 1.1 or later is required).

    Multi-criteria optimization navigation
    for the Radixact System

    RayStation planning for Radixact treatments enables planners to leverage multi-criteria optimization (MCO), allowing for continuous and immediate exploration of tradeoffs between planning objectives. The Radixact and TomoTherapy Systems provide an ideal treatment delivery platform for MCO as navigated doses can be reconstructed by a deliverable plan to sub-percent accuracy.
    An appropriate bound on the treatment delivery time can be identified through investigation of the tradeoff between delivery efficiency and plan quality during the creation of a deliverable plan.
